The acceptance of the privacy policy of www.inserver.es (from this point on "Privacy Policy") is a necessary condition for the use of our website and all the specific websites of Inserver.

This Privacy Policy regulates the collection, treatment and use of your personal and non-personal information as a user of the Service, from the effective date that appears in the header.

www.inserver.es does not sell your personal information to third parties and will always ask for your consent before using your data for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy.

In www.inserver.es we treat the information provided by people interested in our services, developed through different websites and platforms, with different purposes depending on the situation: the purpose of being able to provide them with an adequate service and to be able to manage the information that is provided when they contact us. We will only collect the minimum essential information in each case. If we do it through forms, some fields will be mandatory.

Here we inform you about the processing of your data according to its purpose:

• Users of our platforms: we only collect the data to manage your participation. Your name and surname can appear in the rankings. The platforms managed by Inserver may have different domains (usually with the name of the course or initiative) but the data processing is always managed by Inserver.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will keep the personal data that you provide us for as long as it is necessary in each case, as long as you maintain interest and we have to comply with our legal obligations:

• If you are a client or you have taken part in one of our courses, we will keep your data as long as our relation is maintained and for the time necessary to comply with our legal and tax obligations (you know, the Treasury and those things ...).

www.inserver.es will use the data collected to:

• Manage, provide and update the Service.
• Address the questions you raise.
• Send you by email, if you have authorized it or as provided in the applicable regulations, our newsletter and/or offers from our business partners.
• You can unsubscribe from them on the received email, from your user account or by contacting us at hola@inserver.es However, you will not be able to unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, such as messages related to the security of your data or the terms and conditions of the Service.
• Plan and develop the commercial activities of the Service, such as advertising, directly or through collaborating third parties.
• Maintain the security of the Service, investigate illegal activities, enforce our terms and conditions, and assist state security forces and bodies in the framework of their possible investigations.

Likewise, www.inserver.es may use the personal and non-personal information of users in the form of aggregated and anonymous data to show them to third parties. You may also share statistics and demographic information about users and their use of the Service with third parties. None of this will allow those third parties to personally identify you.

Which is the legitimation for the processing of your data?

Inserver contracts its virtual infrastructure according to the cloud computing model through various hosting providers (Dropbox, Google Drive and Mail Chimp, among others). These providers have their servers in Europe or, failing that, are adhered to the EU-US Privacy Shield, which is a protocol for international data transfers between the European Union and the United States. We also share certain data with Google Analytics for marketing actions. These service providers may collect and have access to information that is necessary for them to perform their functions, but they are not allowed to share or use the information for any other purpose. We also work with other tool providers with whom we make sure we have a contract and who guarantee the confidentiality of the information to which they have access.

We will also share the information to which we are required by law when we are required to do so:

• If we believe it is reasonably necessary to satisfy any law, legal process or legitimate interest anywhere in the world. In any case, we will only provide the information strictly required.
• If we believe that this action is appropriate to enforce the terms and conditions of www.inserver.es

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time.

Right of Suppression or Right to be forgotten:you have the right to obtain from www.inserver.es the deletion of your personal data without undue delay when any of the following circumstances occur:

We also inform you that if you have already given us prior to the date of entry into force of this document your consent for us to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw consent, this will not affect the legality of the treatment based on that prior consent to its withdrawal.

In any case, you must identify yourself with your name and surname, in addition to providing us with a copy of your DNI or national ID.

www.inserver.es undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the data collected in the file, to use it in accordance with its purpose, to comply with its custody obligation and to adopt all the measures required to avoid alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access to data, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The personal and non-personal information collected by the Service will come to us in three ways: 1) automatically collected, 2) voluntarily provided from you to us, and 3) obtained through other services.

6.1.- Automatically collected

This information will consist of:

• The IP from which the connection is made, the type of device used and its characteristics, the version of the operating system, the type of browser, the language, the date, the country, the time of the request, the referring URL or the mobile network used (among others).

Mainly through social networks, such as Twitter, Facebook or Linkedin.

We have profiles on the social networks Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin, with Inserver being responsible for the treatment in relation to the data published in them. These data will be treated according to the permissions that the social network gives to corporate profiles.

In no case will we extract data from social networks, unless the user's consent is specifically and expressly obtained for it.

When, due to the very nature of social networks, exercising your rights depends on the modification of your profile, we will help and advise you to the best of our ability.

Regarding the use of the online store, you declare that you are of legal age and that you have the legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and use the site in accordance with its terms and conditions, which you fully understand and acknowledge.

You declare that all the information you provide to access the Service, before and during its use, is true, complete and accurate.
